Year 2021 was dry, hot with cold night resulting in an excellent acidity of the 2021 wines. The young Chardonnay vineyard ́s second harvest offers us the "freshness of year 2021"  and creamy taste from
aging in new barrels. Typical Chardonnay with high drinking comfort.
 
Pruning and removal of shoots are done exclusively by hand. Personal cultivation of the vineyard without the use of synthetic chemical substances, respecting the vine and its natural cycles. Exclusion of herbicides and pesticides.
 
Soil: the top soil made of clay-loam, parent rock is loesswhich is very calcareous. 
 
Harvest: hand picked grapes in the middle of September 2021.
Fermentation: in new 500 l oak barrels, without added selected yeasts or other additives, without temperature control
Aging: 11 months without sulfite
Bottling: by gravitation without fining and filtration in August of 2022.
