Made exclusively with grapes from pre-phylloxera Carriacante vines of 100-120 years of age, grown at 850 mt a.s.l. on the Eastern slopes of mount Etna.
 
Detailed notes of white peach, citrus and soft sage create a full and distinct aroma which leads on to an elegant, intense mouthfeel; stony, chalky minerals fill the palate which has a fine texture thanks to some gentle lees stirring.
