Patrick Bouju Picapol 2022

Gourmet, lively and friendly, Picapol plays with finesse: grapes were harvested by the sea, i and pressed directly before being vinified in stainless steel vats by indigenous yeasts. This gives a nice little fresh white, a good excuse to rush on raw seafood (oysters, clams, clams, mussels), raw or grilled fish, pasta with bottarga, even bouillabaisse and bourride.
