Grapes harvested by hand with small crates. With natural grassing between the rows, and vines treated with homemade herb decoctions. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation in vats, maturation in stacks for 6 months, and disgorgement at the end of April 2020. ZERO additives from grape to bottle.
