Located at Languedoc, Mas des Capricse have been practicing organic and biodynamic in the winery (Certified Organic by Ecocert (2009 for Organic certification, 2014 for Biodyvin certification).
 
Anthocyane is a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan from the AOC Fitou. The Anthocyane 2015 cuvée is deep and spicy. Its ripe black fruit is dense on the palate and its power is dressed in spices.
 
Winemaker's Notes
 "This cuvée is built on our oldest vines with mainly carignan and mourvèdre from the north of the cliff of Leucate. The past 3 years of the cuvée now give it great suppleness on a fairly solar vintage. Ready to drink and keep until 2023. Serve on a nice roast meat with short juice to let the wine speak ... But also a nice vegetable lasagna. "
