The vines from which this wine is made are from the area called Steinert which is a Grand Cru area. Jean, however, does not apply for Grand Cru status because he doesn’t like the level of residual sugar required for this appellation. 
 
This is a classic Gewurztraminer with power and elegance and the most amazing aroma. We only have tiny quantities of this wine.
