Julien follows the principles of Biodynamic winemaking given by Rudolf Steiner with a focus on mono-varietal and single-vineyard.
 
Natural, unfiltered wine from 20 years old vines.
 
Tasting note: Notes of candied apricot, sweet pineapple, juicy peach and ripe apples. Floating and light with a fabulous depth.
 
Gastronomy: Goes well with fresh water fish, trouts, perch filet, finger-foods, tapas, sushi, fish and Asian dishes.
 
Vinification: Natural winemaking with carbonic maceration on whole bunches.
