The 2014 Domaine du Pélican Arbois 3 Cepages is a red blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and the rest Trousseau with just 5% Poulsard, aged for one year in used barriques.
 
Pure and clean, it boasts aromas of red berries; colour is light. WIth higher acidity than a Burgundy, and with more red blood orange aromas and some meaty undertones. The texture is fine, silky and very elegant.
