The coherence is total. The common spirit is that of a great freshness combined with a mature maturity. Sharing this spirit, with a higher honey intensity, Schiste enamels its fruit with a tasty note of spring mousseron, between fresh flour and jasmine flower.

One of the two great cuvées of one of the best areas of Savoie.
 
All wines are bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulphur additions.
