A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay planted next to one another over limestone and marl in ‘En Arces’ in Arbois. The two varieties were destemmed and infused for two months before being pressed and returned to cuve for a year of élevage. A vivid cherry-red in the glass, it has an almost weightless, ethereal quality, marrying gentle notes of red berries, earth and minerals to beautiful effect.
