Aged for a minimum of 6 months in amphoras with skin contact, the wine is full bodied with density. Flavours of a wide range of fruits such as apple, pineapple, honey, sage, rose and orrange blossom.
 
Acidity is low with a delicate tannin on the palate with ssome dry herbs and grass-like flavours. An exceptional and enjoyable wine.
