Pithos Bianco Cos is an orange wine made of 100% grecanico. By fermenting in amphoras, the wine is supple and round in the mouth but also spicy and grippy with a touch of herbal notes.
 
With some floral notes meld into white, yellow stone fruits, peaches and savoury herbs., the wine is underpinned by freshness adn acidity  with saline notes. The relatively low alcohol level also makes this easily the best glass of wine to drink over some Sunday brunch.
