A deep color ranging from purple to ruby. The nose is intense and reveals an alliance of aromas of red fruits, blackberries, blackcurrant and more spicy, slightly peppery aromas. On the palate, it is a textural wine offering a nice freshness as well as supple and round tannins. A well-balanced and gourmet wine that will keep for ten years.
 
At 17°C, 18°C, it will go perfectly with roast meats, pieces of beef, duck breast or confit, game. At the end of the meal, it will accompany characterful cheeses and even chocolate desserts. It is a versatile wine for multiple occasions.
