Julie is the sister of Charles Dufour, emblematic winemaker of the Côte des Bar in nature. After working for fifteen years in IT in Paris, she decided to return to her native region. She therefore returned to school to take her BPREA and train for work in the vineyard. Once her patent was obtained, Julie took over 1/3 of the historic family estate. She has been making her wine since 2019, in the same cellar as her brother Charles.
 
This is “Cléobuline”, an organic champagne, a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, lightly dosed.
