Case Corini is one of most significant producers of natural wine in Piedmont. Lorenzo Corini (passed away in 2021) was an agricultural researcher, professor and author of over 90 academic publications on sustainable viticulture and biodynamics. He was also the mentor and advisor at La Maliosa in Tuscany and together patented the 'Metodo Corino' as an approach to farming vineyards. Today the activity continues with Guido
The wines are rare and have been praised in Japan, Italy and France for decades already. With Wine Guru's efforts, the wines of Case Corini are imported into HK for the first time and this February, as part of an Asia tour, Guido will visit HK and present the wines.
