Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. The wine is fermented in 2000-liter stainless steel tanks for about 10 days with indigenous yeasts. Technique-wise blend as well – some skin-contact, macerated 3 days, some direct press. A fair share. The wine is bottled without fining or filtering and zero sulfur is added
This wine is aromatic bomb. Think of a sweet wine and remove the sugar, all the flavours you get from a sweet wine like dry fruits are blended with floral notes like jasmine and elderflower.
